HOMEEXTENT Sample Inspection Reports

We base our fees on a combination of the age and size of each home. HOMEEXTENT Inspections services is trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Our inspections reports are available online for our clients. Online reports can be printed, saved to your computer, sent via email anywhere in the world. By doing this we are able to reduce the cost of our reporting system by approximately $25.00, a savings which is passed on to you , our client!

  • Condo Apartment = $275.00 + GST
  • Pre-Listing Inspection Walk-through = $249.00 + GST
  • Basement Apartment = $25.00 on top of base inspection fee

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client.
