Our Fees

We base our fees on a combination of the age and size of each home. HOMEEXTENT Inspections services is trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Our inspections reports are available online for our clients. Online reports can be printed, saved to your computer, sent via email anywhere in the world. By doing this we are able to reduce the cost of our reporting system by approximately $25.00. If you wish to have a printed copy of your report, please add $25.00 to the fees listed below.

Home Buyers (Pre-Purchase inspection)

  • Fundamental Inspection

    (Point Specific Thermal Imaging**) 
    This inspection examines all Fundamental aspects of the home: Exterior, Structure, Roof, Insulation, Electrical, plumbing, Interior, Heating, Cooling.
    Thermal Imaging will be used on a point specific basis only at the discretion of the inspector with the Fundamental Inspection.

  • Enhanced Inspection

    (Full Comprehensive Thermal Imaging Scan Of The Building)
    This inspection examines all Fundamental aspects of the home: Exterior, Structure, Roof, Insulation, Electrical, plumbing, Interior, Heating, Cooling.
    An Enhanced Full Thermal Imaging Scan of the Building will be conducted
  • Larger/Older Homes - require more time and are priced accordingly

A HOMEEEXTENT Representative will confirm all of your booking details with you.

Additional Inspection Services

  • Condo Apartment = $275.00 + GST
  • Pre-Listing Inspection Walk-through = $249.00 + GST
  • Basement Apartment = $25.00 on top of base inspection fee
  • MULTIPLEX = Please contact us by phone for a quote

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client.
